12 Days of Kindness
This year, Business with a Heart’s 12 Days of Kindness post series takes inspiration from the beloved Christmas classic A Christmas Carol.
In the original story, different Christmas Spirits help the main character see the meaning of kindness, reflection and connection during the festive season.
Instead of the traditional Christmas spirits, Business with a Heart four Bear Spirits, who each represent one of our core values at Christmas:
👑 Blue Princess Bear — the Bear of Respectfulness
She reminds us to honour the people we love, be present with others, and cherish what truly matters.
✨ Wonder Bear — the Bear of Integrity
She encourages us to reflect, stay true to our values and carry forward the traditions that bring meaning into our lives.
🎅 Santa Bear — the Bear of Generosity
He shows us the joy of giving, sharing warmth, and offering comfort to others during the holidays.
🦸 Super Bear — the Bear of Service
He teaches us that small acts of help and support can make a big difference in someone’s day.
Over twelve days, these four Bear Spirits invite families, friends, workplaces and communities to take part in simple acts of kindness and little moments that warm the heart, strengthen connection, and remind us of the importance of caring for one another.
Each day brings one small action inspired by one of the Bear Spirits, guiding us to:
pause and honour loved ones
appreciate the people around us
give generously
support others
reflect on the values that matter most
