What Are the Requirements?
Volunteers must be 18 years or older, or younger if accompanied by a parent or adult. A valid Paid or Volunteer Working with Children Check (WWCC) number is required. We offer flexible time commitments to suit your availability, and a full orientation or induction will be provided before you begin.

Our onboarding process is simple and welcoming, designed to help you join our mission with ease. First, discover more about BWAH through our website and learn about the meaningful work we do in the community. Next, complete the Volunteer Interest Form to apply. Once we receive your application, our team will review your information and contact you for screening and verification. After your details are confirmed, we’ll officially welcome you to the BWAH family. Before you begin volunteering, one of our board members will guide you through an induction to ensure you’re fully prepared and confident in your new role.
